Are you someone who has been struggling with chronic pain in your body? If so, I invite you to join Tina Fetten; Foundational Yoga Therapeutics Instructor, in this 2 hour workshop on how to become present in your chronic pain body and techniques to help relieve discomfort. This program will be limited to 8 individuals in a small intimate setting where you will be able to explore breathing techniques, mindfulness and compassion exercises and therapeutic restorative poses. This workshop is for all abilities, to be able to be present and create some level of peace and ease within for just a little while.
*this particular group will need to have the ability to get on the floor for a restorative practice (call if you have any questions or concerns)
