9:30 -10:45 am Gentle Vinyasa Flow

This Gentle Vinyasa Flow class is designed for all abilities. Through movement and restorative poses you will experience the connection of breath, body and mind on your mat. Each asana is designed for all abilities and levels with many modifications offered.

4 - 5 pm Gentle Flow Express

Instructor: Sue Taylor

A Gentle Vinyasa Flow Express class is designed for all abilities. Through movement and restorative poses you will experience the connection of breath, body and mind on your mat. Each asana is designed for all abilities and levels with many modifications offered. Express class is offered at a special rate of $10 - Cash or check, or you may use your class-card.

6 - 7:15 pm Yin/ Restore

Instructor: Sue Taylor

Step into quiet and calm. This class is a perfect way to begin your week. All Yin postures are done seated or lying down and will be fully supported by props, as necessary. Some benefits of Yin practice include lubrication and protection of the joints, relaxation of the muscles, and release of fascia throughout the body. After allowing time for the body to relax, balance, and open, we move into supported restorative postures. This practice is deeply grounding.

Tuesday

6 - 7:15 pm Vinyasa Evening Flow

This Vinyasa flow class begins by connecting deeply to the breath. A short meditation will guide your body and your mind to stillness. During the asana (movements) we will cultivate a self-love practice through mostly floor-based stretching and strengthening, focusing on joint and muscle tensions, to guide your body to softness.

6 - 7:15 pm Yin

Instructor: Jael Polnac

Slow down, breathe, and experience the stillness of the body and the mind. The practice of Yin Yoga involves passive, floor-based postures and deep, meditative holds. Each of the postures is mindfully chosen to release the connective tissues in the body, thus increasing flexibility and joint mobility. Yin Yoga is a valuable complement to any “yang” activity (vinyasa yoga, running, sports, fast-paced job) and is also beneficial for those interested in boosting their immune systems and gaining body awareness.

Instructor: Tina Fetten

This practice allows your body to relax and let go while being completely supported with blankets and props on your mat. The poses are gentle and designed for all levels and abilities and invite you to come into a deep state of relaxation. Reset, renew and restore.

5 -6 :15 Restorative Yoga
